Gentoo and 2.6.15-gentoo-r1 (i.e. stock 2.6.15 kernel with the
gentoo patches---I'm not completely sure what all these patches are,
although I'm sure it's documented somewhere :)

Do most people use vanilla (i.e. kernel.org) sources, or their
distro-specific kernels?  (If I had to guess, I'd bet that there's a
fairly equal mix of both.)
