[mythtv-users] Where is the "Setup" in the Minimalist-wide theme?

The other option would be to press Page Down to display the rest of the menu.
If that doesn't work and sql scares you,  simply uninstall or rename Minimalist-wide.  
Provided that you are using MythTV .19  GANT will be used as the default theme.
