[mythtv-users] PVR-150 can't change channels

I have everything working on my mythbox except when I try to change channels
Myth freezes. I backed out of Myth and ran

mplayer /dev/video0

and watched live video on the screen. Then I tried to manually change the
channel with

ivtv-tune -c5

to change the channel and mplayer just locked up. I had to rmmod ivtv and
then modprobe ivtv to get tv back again. Does anyone have any ideas why this
does not work? Thanks for any help
