[mythtv-users] [Warning] './mythconverg/settings' had no or invalid character set

I have tried your syntax:
mysql -u mythtv -pmythtv
use mythconverg;
mysql> UPDATE keybindings set keylist='3' where context Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
Rows matched: 0  Changed: 0  Warnings: 0
mysql>

Shouldn't row affected be 1?

And every time I restart my machine the same errors occours. Can I rebuild the database in a simple way? or how do I set or check the character set?
