[mythtv-users] Rip while listening to a CD?

Long term myth user here, I just split my myth system into separate
front and back ends, to relocate the heat and noise from running a
system with TV cards out of the living room. I also added a CD/DVD
drive to my myth frontend, so I've been playing this functionality for
the first time.

Simple question I couldn't find an answer to. Can you listen to a CD
while ripping it? I couldn't figure out how to do this.
