Thanks a great deal, it worked, and the channel table now appears to be
in order.  A bit of stuff wrong from previous data downloads but I will do a
mythfilldb to see if I can clear it up.

Minor not, you want to back out the previous patch before applying this one,
which can be done by deleting the 3 files and restoring them from svn,
among other ways, then patching.

Now I'm back to life except for the bad frame problem.
