The 404 is a File Not Found error (you can also try and open the file
in a browser). I would use a different mirror and try again. I've had
problems when using yum with Fedora setup to use a list of mirrors and
found several are either not current or no longer working. I used the
Fedora download site to find a working local mirror and then amended
my /etc/yum.repos.d definitions to use that mirror only. Since then,
no more failed yum updates.
