Unfortunately there's been  a few other changes to the script that 
require a new version of mytharchivehelper. You may just be able to 
apply the diff to your current version of the script. The link to the 
diff is at the bottom of the page for the changeset :-

I'm sure you are right. The main and chapter menus seem to be created OK 
and they use the same code. The only difference is they have buttons on 
them.
