[mythtv-users] Lastest SVN: Missing channels -- still no joy

Sorry, still no luck.  I deleted the video source in sql, and the references
to it, then recreated it, did a channel load, which accepted none of
the channels, did a channel scan which feeds in the fake-named channels,
deleted the fake named channels from the scan, and did a re-load, and again
the various minor channels are missing from the lineup.

What others steps are called for?  I want to avoid deleting all channel
lineups since for dvb/atsc broadcast, re-scanning them doesn't always work, but
I will do that if I have to.   I can try mythfilldatabase calls again.

Also, this practice of having to do a scan which introduces fake channels
named "Adding channel 4", which you then have to delete before loading the
real names doesn't make a lot of sense here.  Is this actually more like a bug?
