I dont see what the networks are so upset about - they have to give out an 
EPG on digital TV dont they?

Granted it only gives you the next show coming up, but its enough that if 
you had a PVR it would still operate and record the shows you want to see?

There was actually an article in the smh about what ninemsn is doing
to prevent people scraping. Suing IceTV (A company that charges for
programs), and sending cease and desist to people who write scraping
software/scripts.
