[mythtv-users] Wrong channel being tuned in

MythTv is not tuning in the channel I select.  The tuned channel is always off 
by 1 from the channel I select.  For instance, if I tune in Channel 22 I 
actually get channel 21.  So if I want to watch channel 15 I have to tune in 
channel 16.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
