Build your own. I recommend Newegg as a good place to get everything you need.
Find a nvidia Nforce based 5xPCI slot motherboard for an Athlon64
(socket 939 or 754). 4x SATA ports is recommended to setup a RAID
array for the recordings drive, and a 40GB PATA drive for the system
drive should be fine. 512MB RAM minimum, 1GB better. AMD is dropping
their Athlon prices by ~50% soon, so wait till they do and get a
Athlon64x2.
as to a case, I really like my Norco RPC-810
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16811219007
it has a 6 drive harddrive bay with fans and a 3x5.25 area, lots of
fan supports, etc. its really well built and cheap.
