FWIW, i have the same setup except i also have an
NVidia 5200 in addition to the PVR 350 (dual headed).
So my module list is the same as yours, except the dri
module is commented-out since that is what is
recommended in the NVidia docs. 

The PVR 350 X-driver works without a hitch without the
dri module.
