[mythtv-users] Myth will not tune above 13

I'm running a slackware 10.2 system 2.16.13 with ivtv 0.4.5 and myth
0.19-fixes from svn (10192).  I have 1 pvr-350 and 2-pvr 250's running
with analog cable from comcast in SF.
If I cat /dev/video on any channel I get a good looking mpg and no
problems, however as soon as try and use myth I am no longer able to
capture channels above 13 even if I return to the cat /dev/video method.
  I went into mythtv-setup and tried to scan for channels in the input
select menu and it was only able to find up to channel 13.  I'm pulling
my hair out here because this box was working just fine before I decided
to rebuild everything on whim!  What is my next step?  Thanks in advance.
