No method of implementing this concept would work without changes at
both ends. It was intended as a concept for possible inclusion in a
future release if the popularity of Myth gets to the point of needing
to de-centralize the schedule data distribution.
Also, any businessman would get nervous about a single-source for a
resource that is necessary to the proper functioning of a product.
Datadirect has been great, and AFAIK has shown no negative feelings
about MythTV, but what it their data center had been in New Orleans ??
