That's the source file that's giving you a problem.  Syntax errors at
lines 490 and 493.  I suspect that something in your environment is
the problam though, since many others have compiled that very same
package without error.  You may want to try 0.6.1 or 0.6.0, as those
are also 2.6.16 specific.
