[mythtv-users] Ati remote wonder

Anyone using the ati remote wonder-is it a problem to run the atiremote
kernel module and use the remote as a mouse, and also expect it to work with
lirc?  I am having trouble getting lircd started even though I have the
lirc_dev and lirc_atiusb modules loaded and shown by lsmod.   Using the yum
version of lirc for fedora 5.
