in mythtv-setup set your default to NTSC, it should not affect the
ATSC tuners, its how I have it in my setup.

Are you browsing the channels or using the guide? the guide shows all
channels, browse shows the channels on the current tuner.

stuttering could be due to a number of things. check top to see what
your wa% is (should be under 5% normally with spikes up to 20%
occasionally being ok. Also if your noticing this with live tv try
playing back a recording.

are you using RAID? I find that for my 3xATSC and 1xPVR150 even my 4
drive RAID10 has trouble keeping up with everything going.
