Look here http://www.nexusuk.org/projects/vga2scart/ for one you can
use with nvidia cards and here http://ryoandr.free.fr/english.html for
info on one you can use with radeon cards. There's also a support

Note that some tvs (like my 10 year old B&O bought for 10 quid from
the paper - score!) need a 'blanking' switch voltage to tell the tv
that the input is RGB - although I think most newer tvs will do this
automatically or have one scart input that will only accept RGB.
