New for post-0.19 (it's not available in 0.19 or 0.19-fixes).  It will 
be new in 0.20 when 0.20 is released.  It's part of the new UI rewrite 
Isaac is working on (and will likely extend beyond 0.20, so 0.20 will be 
a first taste and the work will continue on into 0.21+).
