The scheduling bug was not a part of MythWeb (MythWeb doesn't schedule
recordings--it can be used to make recording rules, but doesn't actually
schedule anything). There is a bug in 0.19 that will surface for users
of MySQL 5 where the scheduler will lose its connection to the
database--at which point Myth (mythfrontend or MythWeb) will show there
are no scheduled recordings.

The proper fix is to upgrade to 0.19-fixes, as Michelle suggested.
