[mythtv-users] Blank Screen until Ctrl+Alt+F6 on Fedora Core 5 (ATI Drivers)

Hi,

The other day I installed Fedora Core 5, (I was using FC3 before) on my
mythtv combined FE/BE.

I'm using an ATI Radeon 9800 SE, and I installed the ATI fglrx rpms from
rpm.livna.org using smart.

Now when I turn the computer on, the loading screen displays but when it
finishes loading fedora, I get a blank screen instead of the login screen
(On both monitor and the tv - set up to mirror).

If I press Ctrl+Alt+F6 (or occassionally it seems to be Ctrl+Alt+F7), I get
back to the login screen!

Does anybody have any ideas why this happens?
