Not sure about the Unichrome drivers (someone else can comment),
but as far as hardware goes, the 3.06 GHz can do HD just fine without
any hardware accelaration (XvMC). Also, according to the specs in
the link you sent above, it says the video card has 64 MB RAM. You
should really increase this to 128 MB. If your mobo won't let you
increase it, then you may experience problems even if everything else
is adequate. If that's the case, just go with your FX5200
