[mythtv-users] IVTV issues (video scrambled looking)

I just finished moving and that means a change in inputs.
Before I moved, I had things set up for capturing from a D-10 DirecTV
box. Now, we're simplifying things a bit and going with extended
basic cable. That means that I should be able to plug the coax into
my PVR-250 and go. I was expecting this to be pretty easy. But, it's not.
The audio is there, but video is not. Video for any available
channel (2 - 64) looks like it's a scrambled channel. Plugging the
coax directly into the television results in a proper picture for
those channels, so I know the signal coming in is good.
The box is running FC4 with the latest kernel (2.6.16-1.2111_FC4),
and IVTV 0.6.2. Here's the IVTV stuff that usually gets requested.

here, I'd be most appreciative.
