Depends on what you mean by imply.  :)

If it's an "all" rule (kAllRecord or kChannelRecord or ...) for a show 
that has only one episode (i.e. a movie), the rule is never removed 
(there's no way for Myth to know that it got every match that will ever 
exist).

If it's a "one-time" rule (kSingleRecord, kFindOneRecord), 
mythfilldatabase will remove the rule once it's a day old.
