Because someone (something) clicked the "Never Record" link on the
"Upcoming Recordings" (which shows the episodes matching your recording
rules).  I use this all the time to "train" Myth about what I watched
before Myth.

Because someone (something) click the "Delete" link on the "Recorded
Programs" page.

Actually, the "Previously Recorded" page (and the oldrecorded table) is
used to display (store) the "Never Record" information (recstatus = 11).
