Thanks Max.  However, if a pay TV provider is specified, downloads
fail because the script uses the regionid of the FTA provider, not
the pay TV one.  yourtv.com.au doesn't seem to depend on regionid
when fetching program details, so I've commented out line 247 and
it works fine.
