Keep the IP addressing the same, it will make *alot* of things easier.  
Other than that, there's not much that needs to happen.  Run 
mythtv-setup, clear your program data, set up your new lineup at zap2it, 
configure it as a video source, map it to an input on your tuner and run 
mythfilldatabase and all should be good.
