What do you mean by 'it did not remove commercial flag?

mythcommflag tries to identify the parts of recordings to mark them as
commercials, and the process is termed as flagging commercials. There
is no option to un-flag the commercials. Just do not generate cutlist
from commercial skip list.

Also I see that mythcommflag is trying to tell you something about the
back-end connection also.
