[mythtv-users] How to uninstall FFMPEG?

Hi,
How to uninstall ffmpeg which is installed from gpac libraries.zip.
make uninstall is not workig for me!
How to install ffmpeg through shell?
I installed the CVS version manually .

Please suggest me.
