One of the OTA HDTV channels in my area is transmitting a clock signal 
that's been off by 10 minutes (10 minutes ahead of actual time) for at 
least 6 months.  Even so, they actually start shows on (actual) time.  I 
haven't figured out whether it's to make recorders using the network 
time fail, to allow users to see what's coming up next when they ask for 
the now within 10 minutes of program end (and to see what's after next 
when they ask for next), because of equipment problems at the station, 
or because of incompetence at the station.  I have a theory, though. :)

(This is why I'll never use the network time transmitted by the station.)
