You still need to make the satellite box change channels so you get  
the right channel. You need to connect the satellite box to your myth  
box with either a serial (or some other) cable or use an IR blaster  
to make the satellite box change to the correct channel at the right  
time. That "assumption" about not changing the PVR-150 tuner happens  
when you specify an external channel change script in mythtv-setup.  
When that field is filled in, it knows to execute the script with the  
right channel instead of tuning the PVR-150 to the channel selected.
