You are the lucky owner of a tuner that's not yet supported by the 
ivtv/tveeprom/tuner module(s) you're using.  Ask on the ivtv lists ( 
http://ivtvdriver.org/index.php/Mailinglists ) whether more current 
versions of ivtv support your tuner (the LG S701D MK3) and if so, either 
upgrade or specify the tuner option they give you.
