The i810_drv.o line refers (I think..) to the/an intel graphics chipset, 
fairly common for onboard solutions if my memorys not playing tricks on me.
Does/did you X work OK before you started trying to get the TV out 
working on the 350 ?
Have you got all the relevant IVTV stuff installed, I normally just 
follow Jarod's excellent how-to (http://wilsonet.com/mythtv/) for 
FC4/Mythtv , it has a good section relating to use of the 350.
