[mythtv-users] Plugins not displayed in mythweb

I have myth .19 running on a FC5 box.  The front and backends seem to
be working great but I am having a small problem with mythweb - none
of the modules/plugins/addons are being displayed.  This was not a big
deal because I was fine with not having the weather and stuff in
there, but I am now trying to set up mythstreamtv and I am not seeing
the menu item for this (and there were no errors during the install).
Since the problem exists with mythweather and other plugins, I think
there is something wrong with my mythweb install.  Has anyone else
seem something similar to this?  Any ideas for troubleshooting?
