I'm one of them.  I have successfully transcoded many shows to MPEG4 that I
recorded using an HD-3000 cards and I haven't seen any audio sync problems.
This was on 0.18.  I upgraded to 0.19 but I haven't tried transcoding any
shows since I upgraded.
