IIRC, Ubuntu is just another Debian derivative, so the following entries
in /etc/apt/sources.list will satisfy most of your needs:

deb http://10.2.72.2:3142/www.debian-multimedia.org stable main
deb http://10.2.72.2:3142/www.debian-multimedia.org testing main
deb http://10.2.72.2:3142/www.debian-multimedia.org unstable main

I have found that the unstable Myth (0.19.1-10) works well enough, but
upgrading in-place is virtually impossible because of the deep and
narrow dependencies. I basically had no choice but to uninstall X11 and
let aptitude pick out a whole new list of libraries.

For similar reasons, adding mythweb using aptitude doesn't seem to work
because aptitude selects versions of libraries that meet the stated
dependency list but nonetheless don't work. The dselect program did a
much better job after I pinned the system on "testing". The problem was
in one of the php4 packages where the unstable version doesn't work
right.
