There are some differences.

Only the non-MCE has an interface for the IR xmtr/rcvr, it has a 1/8"
"headphone" type connector for baseband audio input.

The MCE units have FM tuners and use RCA connectors for audio input,
no remote interface.

So in my case I got a non-MCE for the first tuner, as I wanted the
remote and interface for it. The remaining tuners are MCE units.

So the main thing is whether you want to use HogPaw's remote and
interface. The newer 150s also have an IR transmitter but I'm not
sure of the status of support for it with LIRC, last I heard there
was a patched version floating around that would work, but that was a
couple of months ago, it may well be in the mainstream by now.
