Both the Hauppauge NOVA-S-CI and the budget Twinhan Sat-CI cards can
do this. You need an Irdeto CAM and a subscription to the original
Foxtel satellite service (not Foxtel Digital). Fox digital uses NDS
conditional access.
The Hauppauge card is expensive but you can get your hands on the
Twinhan for less than $150 AUD.
I have the original Foxtel service running currently with a Twinhan
but have tested it with the Hauppauge. The only problem I've found is
that the Irdeto CAM version is flaky and tends to require a complete
card reset to make it record reliably. This is easier to achive with a
hack with the Twinhan card rather than the Hauppauge.
