You do realize that you just "snipped" the usage information that
describes how to /properly/ execute the mysqlcheck command and that's
printed because you didn't properly execute the mysqlcheck command.
Anyway, just run optimize_mythdb.pl from the contrib directory (and set
it up as a daily cron job). It fixes up the database for you and
doesn't require you to learn to use it.
