[mythtv-users] Digimatrix success stories/sources?

Well, my prototype system has been plugging along well for a few
months now, so I'm starting the design of my production system phase
I.

I *really* like the ASUS Digimatrix for a remote frontend, but have
heard conflicting reports as to how well it works with Linux/Myth.
Has anyone tried it and either have glowing success or horror stories
to share? Specifically, any problems using it with:

- Diskless net-booting or just a boot partition on CF (read-only) and
getting everything else NFS? I'm trying to make it "abrupt power-off"
safe.

- The included remote?

- The (digital and analog) tuners?

- Outputting SD and HD.

- The front display?

- The DVD drive/writer?

- The firmware "DJ" mode?

- Anything else in general.

Also, anyone know of a reasonable/reputable source for new
Digimatrixes? Newegg recently dropped them, TigerDirect doesn't have
them. http://www.sysbuilder.com/sysconfigurators/digimatrix.htm has
them but want $399US a piece which IIRC is a good chunk more than
Newegg wanted.

Thanks in advance for any input!!!
