I use Kworld DVB-T Xpert PCI cards which are digital TV cards which
work great. I'm in Sydney getting transmission from the Manly tower. I
onlt get free to air so I don't know about Foxtel.

I _think_ what you basically need here is an IR blaster to change the
channels on the Foxtel box. They're available in Australia. Any remote
should work for the normal MythTV operations. I use a Packard Bell
Fast Remote which I bought off eBay.
