I don't suppose you're using LCDd/LCDproc 0.5.0, and the lirc_imon
driver? I've found Myth to be too unstable with this combination. The
imon_vfd driver from Venky.ws and lcdproc 0.4.5 seemed fine. There is
a bug with MythTV <= 0.19 meaning it doesn't work with LCDproc 0.5.0
full stop.

This fix is coming in either 0.19.1, or probably just 0.20 - its in
the bug tracker already IIRC.
