[mythtv-users] Upgraded to SVN, can't transcode

I upgraded from 0.18.1 to SVN (8742) over the weekend.  After doing the 
upgrade I'm no longer able to transcode my recordings:

After the upgrade there was no Transcoders recording group so I tried 
creating one, but it doesn't seem to be correct.  How might I go about 
fixing this issue?
