Seems like Apple itself provides the tool for that:

I didn't try ot out myself (don't have any iTunes videos or the latest
GarageBand version), but from what I've read you can clear the copy
protection on the videos by creating a video podcast in GarageBand 3
(part of iLife 06) and using the bought video as content.
