[mythtv-users] Lirc (lirc_serial) with 2.6.15.1

I am using same with gentoo's lirc.  I got a segfault initially, but
recompiled lirc when booted into default on the new kernel.  Building
lirc when booted into another kernel (even though 2.6.15 was built and
installed) didnt work.
