Guess I just don't watch enough tv ;-)
But seriously, my last "bulk storage" drive I got for just under $AUD200, and 
it was 250Gb, if I spent $US400 on storage today it would be insane! (well, 
at least hard to justify). 
I guess I normally burn anything I want to keep long term as well, and with 
mythburn its very easy to get away with less storage.
