Yes - that rings true, hence the rush to stop analgue. I guess how much 
HDTV we see before then depends on who can squeeze how much in to the 
space currently available to Digital Terrestial.

Maybe the two issues are tied to each other - if the bandwidth doesn't 
arrive quickly enough (things never do here) MPEG4 would get more in to 
the same space. It might cause a bit of grief with all the people who've 
bought very expensive "HD-ready" sets though....
