[mythtv-users] YUV Component output from a NVidia GeForce 6200 Card

Hi,

Bought myself a GeForce 6200 the other day. Works great on a regular monitor
but what does not do that.

The attractive part about this card is that it claims that it can produce
progressive scan YUV component output. That seems to be correct the problem
is that I can not get it to do so in the resolutions that I need.

I'm using the new 8187 release of the NVidia linux driver with Xorg. When I
place

Option "TVStandard" "HD720p"

In the Screen section of the xorg.conf file I get the right format of the
output just in the wrong resolution. It gets me 1240x720p

When I do not use the HD720p option line then I can control the output to
whatever size etc that I want, but the component output is now in RGB format
not in YUV. And things then look funny.

Does anyone know how to control the resolution and the format of the
component TV output in the new drivers? Ideally I would like 1024x768
progressive scan YUV format output.

/S
