I don't know how the noise is on the fans (I take the
spec sheet with a grain of salt), but at least there
are plentiful options for changing out the fans on
that case, as they are 80mm fans.

I have the LC03 case which has 60mm fans on the back,
and while I've undervolted them, they're still the
noisiest part of the case (except when the hard drive
seeks/writes).  Unfortunately, it's hard to find quite
60mm fans.
